4.3 Migration Circle Program

Complete guidance for complex engagements with dedicated senior consultation, thorough verification, multi-party coordination, and sustained support.

Service availability, scope, and delivery are subject to mutual agreement and may vary based on specific client needs and circumstances.

5. Service Engagement

5.1 Consultation Process

Engagement begins with initial consultation to assess your objectives and determine appropriate service level. Services are provided following execution of a service agreement specifying scope, timeline, and fees.

5.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Responding to requests for documentation and clarification
  • Meeting agreed-upon timelines and deadlines
  • Payment of fees according to agreed terms
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

5.3 Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Communicating regularly regarding engagement progress

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Fee Structure

Fees are based on service level and engagement complexity, not on investment amounts. All fees will be clearly specified in the service agreement before work begins.

6.2 Payment Terms

Payment schedules vary by service:

  • Flight Path Consultation: Full payment upon engagement conclusion
  • Navigation Service: Milestone-based payments as specified in agreement
  • Migration Circle Program: Structured payments throughout engagement

Payments are due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.

6.3 Expenses

Client is responsible for reimbursement of reasonable expenses incurred in service delivery, including travel, filing fees, and third-party service costs, when pre-approved in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and methodologies, is owned by Peregrine Circle or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7.2 Work Product

Documentation and reports created specifically for clients during service delivery are provided for client use. Underlying methodologies, templates, and processes remain our property.

7.3 Client Information

Clients retain ownership of information provided to us. We receive a limited license to use such information solely for service delivery purposes.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and engagement details. Information will not be disclosed to third parties except:

  • With your explicit consent
  • To service providers bound by confidentiality obligations
  • When required by law or regulatory authorities
  • To protect our rights or prevent fraud

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of our engagement.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.2 No Guarantees

We provide services using reasonable professional care but cannot provide assurance regarding specific outcomes, approvals, or timelines. Investment and regulatory processes involve uncertainties beyond our control.

9.3 Service Provision

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

10.1 Client Termination

Clients may terminate services with written notice. Client remains responsible for fees for work completed and expenses incurred through the termination date.

10.2 Our Termination

We may terminate services if client fails to meet obligations, provides false information, or engages in conduct that makes continuation unreasonable. Fees for completed work remain payable.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we will provide work product completed to date and return client materials. Confidentiality obligations continue. Outstanding fees become immediately due.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Taiwan courts.

11.2 Informal Resolution

Parties agree to attempt good faith resolution of disputes through direct discussion before pursuing formal proceedings.

11.3 Mediation

If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation. Each party bears its own mediation costs unless otherwise agreed.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between parties regarding website use and services.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
